These terms cover your use of isitsota.com, its API, MCP server, feeds and badges (the "Service"), operated by Lare, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we"). 1. The Service
isitsota automatically collects public benchmark results and other sources to estimate which AI models are state of the art. It's automated and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Rankings are informational, not advice, and aren't endorsements by any model maker or benchmark owner.
2. Accounts and API keys
- An account is optional. You need one for exports, historical snapshots and higher limits.
- Use an email address you control. One person or organization shouldn't create multiple accounts to get around limits.
- The Service doesn't send alert emails. Account emails are for sign-in, account and key notices, and product updates if you opt in (see the Privacy Policy).
- Keep your keys secret. You're responsible for usage under your keys. Revoke a key if it leaks.
- If you connect an AI app (for example an MCP client) by signing in with isitsota, it gets read-only access with the permissions you approve. It stays connected until you disconnect it on your account page or delete your account. You're responsible for apps you connect.
- If an AI agent requests a key for you, you approve it by verifying the code or link we email you.
3. Acceptable use
Don't:
- get around rate limits (for example by rotating IPs or keys)
- interfere with or overload the Service
- scrape it in ways that avoid the API's limits
- use it for anything unlawful
- misrepresent where isitsota data comes from
We may change limits, suspend keys or block traffic to protect the Service.
4. Using our data
You may use and redistribute results from the Service, including in your own products, with attribution to isitsota.com and a link. isitsota-generated data is licensed under CC BY 4.0. Underlying benchmark scores belong to their original sources and stay subject to those sources' terms. Badges must not be altered to misstate a model's status.
5. Changes to the Service and pricing
The Service is currently free to use. We may add, change or remove features, limits or tiers, including paid options, and will give account holders reasonable notice of material changes by email.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. That removes your keys and connected apps. We keep a hashed record of your consent choices, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the Service. Our total liability is limited to USD 50.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We'll post updates here and email account holders about material changes. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
